Subscription billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge associated with your selected plan until cancellation.
Cancellation timing
You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Refund requests
Refunds are generally not guaranteed for partially used billing periods, completed subscription terms, or downloadable paid materials already delivered.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional situations.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at [email protected] so we have a chance to review and resolve it quickly.
